What the XRT Means To Me…: I joined XRT because I loved the people and the mission. Empowering artists is a personal mission–and this is an entire community dedicated to that purpose! I love the history and purpose of our great regional theaters–to create a lasting dialogue with the audience and community, to build a home for artists. XRT was a chance to create that home and that dialogue with an incredible group of dedicated, passionate, and talented peers.

Why I Do What I Do…: I love being a part of XRT because it brings me into contact with amazing people every day–from our acting company, staff, board, and students, to great new playwrights and designers. I get to watch their faces light up when they enter the building and I get to spend my time engaged in debate about art and meaning. My artistic boundaries are constantly being pushed by the talented people that I work with. This is an incredible job!
