The Rep
XRT’s Rep Company produces the most vital contemporary, classical, ensemble driven and experimental works drawn from diverse theatrical traditions. XRT productions push and explore the limits of the form and are linked by a common commitment to personal, relevant and arresting storytelling.
In the 2010 calender year The Rep will produce a full season of dynamic works. The season will feature the following events:
- 2 - Mainstage Productions: Productions that push the boundaries of live performance and reach for the highest levels of artistic possibility.
2010 Season: Durang/Durang (April 30th - May 23rd)
& A Streetcar Named Desire (October 1st - 31st)
- 5 - X REPresents: Limited Engagements (only 4 performances of each show!) presenting the artistic hunger & spirit of our Rep company.
2010 Season: True West (18th-21st), Waiting For Godot (June 24th-27th), Anton In Showbusiness (July 15th-18th), Danny and the Deep Blue Sea (August 12th-15th) & Picasso at the Lapine Agile (September 9th-12th)
- 1 - Year End XRep Cabaret Night: A celebration of our artistic community’s eclectic talents and passions - Cabaret style!
- 3 - Speaker Series: Intimate conversations with the industry’s top talent followed by a cocktail reception
